I was born and raised in a small, close‑knit community in the Faroe Islands, where hospitality is a way of life and neighbours look after one another. That upbringing shaped my values and inspired me to open our doors to guests from around the world. My wife and I share a deep love for the outdoors. Living in Port Alice, we’re surrounded by incredible natural beauty, and we often spend our free time exploring the trails, shoreline, and nature right in our own backyard. That connection to the outdoors influences the way we host — with simplicity, warmth, and a genuine appreciation for the environment around us.
