Port Alice Accommodation - Frigon Suite on The Waterfront BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
When you reserve a room with us, it is immediately removed from availability—just like taking an item off the shelf—so it’s held exclusively for you.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1 is required at the time of booking, payable by major credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- The remaining balance will be charged to the same card 14 days prior to your check-in date.
- Once the balance is charged, the entire reservation becomes non-refundable.
If your trip is unexpectedly interrupted due to illness or a family emergency, trip cancellation insurance (if purchased) may cover these costs. We strongly recommend considering this option for peace of mind.
