Hi , I am Johan, and together with my wife Paula , we welcome you to Port Alice Stay at Frigon Suite - Waterfront Accommodation. I was born and raised in a small, close‑knit community in the Faroe Islands, where hospitality is a way of life and neighbours look after one another. That upbringing shaped my values and inspired me to open our doors to guests from around the world. My wife and I share a deep love for the outdoors. Living in Port Alice, we’re surrounded by incredible natural beauty, and we often spend our free time exploring the trails, shoreline, and nature right in our own backyard. That connection to the outdoors influences the way we host — with simplicity, warmth, and a genuine appreciation for the environment around us. Frigon Suite on The Waterfront was created with the same spirit: a peaceful, welcoming space where guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural surroundings. Whether you’re here for adventure, rest, or to discover the area, we aim to make your stay comfortable, memorable, and truly personal. Tucked away on Northern Vancouver Island and accessible via scenic Highway 30, the Village of Port Alice is a charming, well-kept community nestled along the shores of Neroutsos Inlet.
This peaceful village is a haven for fresh-air enthusiasts seeking crowd-free access to the great outdoors. Perched on a hillside, nearly every home and guest has a “million dollar view” of the inlet’s calm waters and surrounding wilderness.
Port Alice is also the southern gateway to Quatsino Sound, a spectacular ocean inlet that stretches deep inland. It’s a paradise for kayakers, scuba divers, and sport fishermen, offering direct access to the open Pacific and some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery on the island.

Frigon Suite on The Waterfront come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air Conditioning ,kitchenette equipped with Electric Burner Induction cooktop,Microwave,airfryer,Electric kettle, Keurig Coffee Maker, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Frigon Suite also features a Gazebo and outdoor dining area with BBQ where you can often watch Humming Birds, Eagles and if you're lucky you will see Humpback on the Inlet
