When you ask us to reserve a room, it is, “pulled off the shelf”.
A non refundable deposit equal to $1 is required at time of booking via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard ). The balance amount will be charged on the same card 14 days prior to the check in date and will be non refundable at that time . Should your trip be interrupted due to illness or family emergency, this cost can be covered by trip cancellation insurance if you purchase it.
CHECK IN 3 PM – 9 PM Please call or email on the day of arrival to make arrangements for the door code if arriving late.
CHECK OUT 11 AM Late check out is unavailable.
QUIET TIME 9PM TO 9AM No unregistered guests after hours or behavior disturbing others will be tolerated.
NO SMOKING – outside only, away from open doors and windows to avoid smoke smell in your room or the smell disturbing other guests. Cigarettes must be disposed of in outdoor receptacles provided. $250.00 smoking charge + damages (burns) + lost room nights (minimum 3 nights) + applicable taxes will be charged to your card for smoking or disposing of your cigarettes inside. The unit will be restored to non-smoking status at your expense. Your minimum bill will be close to $650 and can top $2000 if carpeting, beds or furniture are burned!
NO PETS – no pets on the property. Sorry, we love them (we have 2 dogs ourselves), but do not make exceptions for pets.
